Yay summer! Hope you have some fun plans. 4725984714_a3c037214c_b

In July I’m going to be visiting Maine, New Hampshire, and Nova Scotia, visiting friends in all those places. I’ve never been to those states, so I am excited.

I also have some personal goals that I want to accomplish. One thing Is a project I’m working on with Carol Look for literally re-thinking your body. We have had so much fun and great feedback with the Loving Food Loving Life event (soon to be available again), that we wanted to take what we did there and move it even further.

And I already know one of the tools I’m going to be using to continue to feel loving and accepting of myself is the Self Love Adventure video that Kim Serafini and I are co-creating. I’ve been watching it on loop for days and it feels soooo empowering. More on that later.

What about you?

What are your plans for the summer? Of course it’s a time of holiday for many, but I think it’s always good to set a personal goal or two. Goals that feel good and help create the type of life and satisfaction that truly makes you happy.

Let us know what that could be for you over at the comments below. Stating goals out loud is always a strong step in accomplishing them.

  1. Well for the past year I have listened to summits and have
Gleaned salient information that resonates with
myself. I have shed 35 pounds and dropped two inches
from my waistline. HOWEVER, my goal for this summer
Is to MOVE my 67 year old body to accelerate Energy.
I think I will take up QI Gong to include with walking,
    hiking and bicycling.

  2. HI Aimee, It’s nice to hear you’ve got exciting “adventures” coming up for you this summer. Wishing you a really nice time on your journeys.
I live in Nova Scotia. The weather has just started warming up here, so should be very lovely when you get here.

    Enjoy!

    Warm regards,
    Michael

  3. Thanks Michael. I am excited to see a friend I met traveling in Cambodia. We haven’t seen each other in 7 years. Should be fun. I’ve wanted to get up that way forever.

  4. Joe, great plan! Love all those activities, and that sounds FUN (most importantly). 🙂
