Self-Critical?

by Aimee Serafini on October 5, 2014

I mentioned last that we are kicking off Season 2 of Love Myself Love My Life this week (you can still register to get the reminders about each new speaker through the above link).

But I know a lot of you don’t have time to listen to them all, and may not want daily emails reminding you about them.

So I’m just going to share with you the best of the best…the ones that made the most impact on me…and you can have a whole week to listen to them!

Another bennie of being part of this community!

You know how much I love tapping, right? Well Steve Wells, one of the tapping masters, shares the easiest way to use it ever…just tapping while you are being critical, thinking those thoughts. It’s called acceptance tapping, and the purpose is not to change anything, but to accept.

And, we know when we accept something it tends to pass, while what we resist persists.

It’s a GREAT tool to have in your toolbox and super easy to start using.

I’ve been using it a lot lately myself, and he also shares other ways to use it.

You can listen to his interview this week by clicking:

I think tapping is great Sometimes it takes a bit of work to find out what you really need to tap on but even tapping without words and just feel your feelings can be enough to make a shift It’s so simple, I can even do it in the car in a traffic jam!
