I just read a quote that I love:

“Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most.”- Buddha

Regardless of your spiritual beliefs, I think we can all appreciate the wisdom in that.

No matter what we have done or haven’t done in our lives up until now, we can start today being who we want to be.

Even if we are happy with who we are and what we’ve done, we all probably have some dreams and goals that we haven’t started yet.

What have you always wanted to do / try / learn / be?

One of the questions I like to ask clients when discussing their dreams and goals is, “If you were on your deathbed, how disappointed would you be if you never tried to ___________.”

If on a scale of 0-10 that number is a 5 or a higher, then let’s get started! What you do to TODAY matters most. There are very very few things that it’s too late. (Maybe if you missed kindergarten that would be a little weird to try to do that now)

In a future newsletter, I’ll talk about getting started, which is often the hardest part.
